We are delighted to announce that our Summer 2026 musical will be Come From Away. It’s the true story of what happened when 38 planes were redirected to the remote island of Newfoundland when the US airspace is closed in the aftermath of 9/11, and a celebration of the power of community and kindness.

If you would like to direct, musical direct, or choreograph Come From Away, please email chair@festivalplayers.org to express your interest. The deadline is Monday 30 June. Applicants will be invited to speak to our committee on 16 July.
